To enhance the financial health of local governments, the Ministry of Finance continues to promote the "Local Government Financial Management Assistance Program." This program actively guides local governments in implementing various measures to increase revenue and reduce costs to enhance financial efficiency.

To facilitate the widespread adoption of such measures by local governments, exemplary cases of successful implementation of such measures by various local governments have been compiled each year for observation and learning.
