Agencies may transmit payment vouchers or transfer vouchers to the electronic payment system of the National Treasury via our network. The vouchers are paid through the process of certificating with electronic payment cards issued by the Certification Authority of the Ministry of Digital Affairs and converting them into electronic payment documents verified by the National Treasury.

The National Treasury, playing the role of a financial institution of an inter-bank remittance network with Financial Information Service Co., Ltd., processes electronic payment documents received from agencies and appropriates payments to payees’ accounts or issues National Treasury checks to payees.
