The date of enforcement is designated to be January 1st, 2015 for the promulgated amendments to "The Tobacco and Alcohol Administration Act;" nevertheless, Paragraph 1, Article 27 and Subparagraph 3, Article 53 shall be effective from July 1st, 2015; Article 35, Subparagraph 2 of Paragraph 5 of Article 39, Subparagraph 5 of Paragraph 1 of Article 55 and Paragraph 3 of Article 55 in regard to the punishment for the violation of the aforesaid Subparagraph under Article 55 shall be effective from January 1st, 2016; Subparagraph 8 of Paragraph 1 of Article 32, the last part of Paragraph 2 of Article 32, and Paragraph 1 of Article 50 which regulates the punishment for the violation of the aforesaid Subparagraph and the last part of Paragraph 2 under Article 32 shall be effective from July 1st, 2016.
