Contents: According to Paragraph 3, Article 33 of the Tobacco and Alcohol Administration Act, no false or misleading statements may be made on the label of alcohol products. It ensures that consumers may recognize the features of the alcohol product by the label. Based on common labeling practices and to prevent consumers’ misperception of those products, alcohol content may be labeled by degrees, %, or % vol and the volume may be stated in liter, centiliter, milliliter, l (L), cl, or ml.
