Subject: The warning label for alcoholic food products should include “Do not drive after consuming alcoholic foods,” and shall be effective from September 1, 2010.

Legal Basis: Subparagraph 4, Paragraph 2, Article 11 of the Regulations Governing the Labeling of the Alcohol Products.

Matters of Announcement: Approved warning label for cooking alcohols should include “Do not drive after consuming alcoholic foods.”
