1.Issuance of Explanatory Decree No. 09603518320 by the MOF on January 2, 2008.
2.For parking lots of Agencies/Schools that provide parking for employee vehicles, in addition to the rent already collected, the user charges shall be levied in accordance with the Charges And Fees Act, and the standards of charges and fees shall be handled in accordance with Article 10 of the Charges And Fees Act.
3.With regard to public property managed by Agencies/Schools, if there is no other legal restrictions, in principle, they can choose to use private law or public law to generate income from rent, or collect fees in accordance with the Charges And Fees Act.
