The fee regulations need to consider the rights and interests of fee payers
  1. Issuance of Explanatory Decree No. 10400505420 by the MOF on January 13, 2015.

  1. Government institutions and schools provide the public with access to public facilities, equipment, or premises. In cases where the supervising authority needs to reclaim the premises for their own use due to special requirements, they are required to inform the applicant to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, the fees paid shall be refunded. If the situation is attributable to circumstances directly caused by the supervising authority, resulting in the inability to provide access, it is recommended that more comprehensive refund provisions be established in line with the purpose of Article 19 of The Charges And Fees Act to uphold government integrity and the rights of fee payers.
