1.Certain loan terms of the "Preferential Housing Loans for the Youth" were newly released on June 27, 2024: "Those who have obtained preferential loans approved by banks after August 1, 2023 will not be allowed to apply for preferential loans from June 27, 2024."

2.The MOF commissioned the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) to sell through public tender on June 18, 2024, and to issue on June 21, 2024, NT$ 35 billion of the Central Government Development Bonds, with a 10-year maturity, 1.675% highest yield rate and 1.625% p.a. coupon rate to balance the fiscal financing.
