1.The MOF commissioned the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) to sell through public tender on July 14, 2026, and to issue on July 17, 2026, NT$ 12.2005 billion of the Central Government Development Bonds, with a 2-year maturity, 1.600% highest yield rate and 1.500% p.a. coupon rate to balance the fiscal financing.

2.The MOF commissioned the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) to sell through public tender on July 23, 2026, and to issue on July 28, 2026, NT$ 20 billion of the Central Government Development Bonds, with a 20-year maturity, 2.200% highest yield rate and 2.125% p.a. coupon rate to balance the fiscal financing.

3.The application period for the policy of the Ministry of Finance’s Preferential Housing Loans for the Youth 3.0, runs from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029. Maximum loan ceilings are NT$10 million for general applicants, NT$12 million for newlywed couples that registered their marriage within two years prior to the application date, and NT$15 million for families raising minor children. The program includes new eligibility requirements regarding age, income, and total property value. Additionally, the program maintains the “one-time loan restriction” and will continue cross-agency data verification to screen out non-compliant cases.

4.MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the amendment on partial articles of "Regulations Governing Rewards for Informing or Discovering Offences of Illegal Tobacco or Alcohol"
