To improve the efficiency of treasury payment, the electronic payment system of the treasury supports two new features starting from July 20, 2020, including automatic verification of payment voucher and an operation mechanism to inquire and test the deconstruction of Chinese characters into smaller parts. When agencies import the file of payment voucher to the system, the system will automatically verify the correctness and consistency of data such as payee, banking institutions and so on. In addition, for those with any questions about the deconstruction of Chinese characters, they are encouraged to use the system to inquire about the deconstruction method beforehand.This not only simplifies the procedure but also ensures the success of payment transfer to the correct account.
