(1) To execute Charges and Fees Act, strengthen fees collection, promote equality of fiscal burden among citizens, and to carry out the idea that users and beneficiaries pay.
(2) To participate in conferences about and get involved with fees-related laws and regulations. Examine fees standards that central government agencies have established.
(3) Promote the codification of fees and conduct periodical reviews.
(4) Compile rough estimates of annual revenues from fees, fines and indemnities, and other sources as well as revenues of public properties.
