What are the possible methods of handling tobacco, alcohol, raw materials, equipment, and containers used for producing tobacco and alcohol that have been confiscated or forfeited under the law?
 

  1. Destruction(including incineration, burial, shredding, or crushing for use as compost material, or other methods not intended for human consumption or inhalation).
  2. Sale by tender.
  3. Exportation after sale by tender.
  4. Donation.
  5. Provision for use in research or experimentation by academic institutions.
