First Issue of Bond Certificates of the Central Government Development Bond for the Second National Freeway Construction Project in Northern Taiwan

The government issued for the first time “ the Central Government Development Bond for the First Phase of the National Freeway Construction Project in Taiwan” to fund constructing the Sun Yat-sen Freeway in 1972. Following the first freeway, the government continued to issue “the Central Government Development Bond for the Second National Freeway Construction Project in Northern Taiwan” to complete establishing the second northern freeway.
