Ms. Ma, Chief Secretary of the National Treasury Administration (NTA), led the Administration’s working group for the Records Management Quality Awards to visit one of the 18th Awards’ agency winners – National Museum of Natural Science. Recognizing that the museum was granted excellency in four competition sections including planning and training of archives management; archives classification and cataloging; archives identification and disposition; and archives preservation and depository, the NTA’s staff therefore arranged an on-site visit to learn more about the experience of archives management and to communicate opinions and ideas.
