Description of Visit Mr. Hsiao, Chia-Chi, Director-General of the National Treasury Administration  (NTA), led its working group for the Records Management Quality Awards to visit one of the 18th Awards’ agency winners – Taxation Administration, Ministry of Finance. Recognizing that the Taxation Administration was granted excellency in four competition sections including planning and training of archives management; archives identification and disposition; archives access; and documents and archives operation informatization, the NTA’s staff therefore arranged an on-site visit to learn about the experience of archives management and to communicate opinions and ideas.
