| Description of Visit | Ms. Ma, Chief Secretary of the National Treasury Administration, led the Administration’s working group for the Records Management Quality Awards to visit one of the 17th Awards’ agency winners – Department of Agriculture, Taoyuan City. Recognizing that the Department of Agriculture was not only granted premium in three competition sections including archives classification and cataloging; archives preservation and depository; and archives access, but excellency in three competition sections including planning and training of archives management; archives identification and disposition; and documents and archives operation informatization, the NTA’s staff therefore arranged an on-site visit to learn more about the experience of archives management and to communicate opinions and ideas. |
