Central Reinsurance Corporation held its annual shareholder meeting on May 28, 2020 to elect directors. The Ministry of Finance (government-owned shares) won two seats on its board, and the Ministry-nominated candidate for independent directors was also elected. All three are rich in professional knowledge and experience. They will proactively improve the corporate governance and performance of the company.
