Undenatured ethyl alcohol is divided into ingestible ethyl alcohol and non-ingestible ethyl alcohol: Ingestible ethyl alcohol: Undenatured ethyl alcohol made from grains, potatoes, beets or honey by fermentation and distillation, with an alcohol content of more than 80 percent. Non-ingestible ethyl alcohol: Undenatured ethyl alcohol other than ingestible ethyl alcohol set forth in the preceding item, with an alcohol content of more than 80 percent.
